Pallet Art - Minimalist - Recycled Upcycled Wood

These rustic pieces are great just like they are, adding to your wall decor, complete with nail holes and remnants. I sanded and lightly polyurethaned this one today so it is waiting for photograph mounting, wood burning, creating that painting masterpiece or leave it like it is!

Custom sizes can be requested, this piece is approximately 23"W x 26"H.

Each one will have it's own unique appeal.

We mounted these together to be hung vertical, as shown but a horizontal layout can be requested. I'll start painting on this one this week so contact me soon if you would like this one before I start.

$35 local pick-up. Shipping is $18. Major credit cards are accepted.

Chicken Adoptions - Eight Rhode Island Reds, One Silkie, One Rhode Island Red Rooster

We adopted these beautiful Rhode Island Reds and Black Giant girls on Friday December 12, 2014, and were blessed with three eggs today! They are acclimating marvelously. They pay no attention to our young pullets or the cutest little fluffy butt pre-named Aloycious we also adopted on Friday!

Having our own free range eggs is a GOOD thing!

Last night we adopted a beautiful Rhode Island Red rooster. He's young, gentle and teaching the girls that it's his job to feed them!

Soon we'll be selling lots of cute little chicks and Certified Natural fed eggs.

Certified Natural fed entails that the feed we give them contains so antibiotics, no hormones and no meat or feathers. They are, however, free to eat all the grasshoppers and other garden pests they want with strict instruction of no lizards and earthworms. We look forward to having these help with the bug population, it's wonderful to see chickens roam again in the back "40".

A Goat Named Dolly

Said good-bye to my goat named Dolly today. One day we'll have lots of acreage with room for everything. She headed to Georgia today to live a new life in the country....I miss living in Georgia so I know she'll love it. We bake a lot for folks and we have a lot of people interested in our eggs so we now have room for more chickens.

If you know of anyone in the area that wants to get rid of their chickens, ducks, guineas, etc., for free, have them contact us.

Here's a few photographs of my Dippy Do this morning. Her's cute.

Her night pen that has kept her safe and warm isn't empty though as Ron made some adjustments and a new layer of smaller wire so now it is a safe and warm place for our geese to spend their nights.

Our Future at Two Tallahassee Farmers' Markets
