Adamite Bodywork Class at the Growers Market

During market hours, Dr. Suzanne Kirayoglu of Tallahassee's Adamite Bodywork will demonstrate the beauty and mystery of the ancient form of Thai Massage.  Thai massage is performed on the ground, on top of a mat, while fully clothed. It is a structured, yet fluid organization of poses designed to impact both the physical and energetic body. Each movement is comprised of some form of compression or kneading and is performed in a rhythmic or rocking fashion, etc.  Come to the Growers' Market and learn more from Dr. Suzanne Kirayoglu.

Contact Dr. Kirayoglu at 8503039065 or adamitebodywork@gmail.com for additional information.
